Occupancy

Our commitment to a long term relationship with the client extends long after the lease is signed and the client takes occupancy. CRES will furnish a lease summary highlighting key points and critical dates, analyze billing statements from the landlord and monitor each clients’ changing needs. CRES will update each client periodically on continuing developments regarding the lease and remain available to assist with any problems that may arise during occupancy.
